ShippingWe are happy to ship via UPS! All packages are shipped in small boxes made from recycle material and wrapped in yarn to ensure safe travels.
Local Orders, Pick Up: If you're a local customer and you'd like to pick up your order instead of paying for shipping just enter coupon code: LOCALPICKUP when checking out. Then contact me to arrange a time to pick up your purchase! Flat shipping is $7 for all orders with in the United States. All packages are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise requested. Your order will ship 8-10 BUSINESS DAYS from order date (does not include Saturday or Sunday). Then, packages should be delivered within 7 business days. Expedited Shipping is $14 and is sent during business hours Monday 8am- 4pm Friday. It is 1-2 day shipping. Any orders received on Saturday or Sunday will processed the following Monday. We can provide tracking information upon request. International Shipping: We are happy to ship packages overseas. Shipped First Class Mail can take 2-6 weeks + 1-2 weeks production. Unfortunately I cannot be responsible for loss of item in the mail system. Refunds & ExchangeI hope you enjoy your new item! But if you are not completely satisfied, please send your purchase back to me within 7 days for a full refund and 30 days for an exchange. Customer must pay return shipping.
